According to HonestJohn, there was a recall for some A4 and Passat for the tie rod ends and ball joint, I can hear some clicking noise from turning at very low speed, as if it's transmitted all the way up to the steering column plus something sounds loose when going over bumps. Can anyone tell me which one is the flasher relay?. The car is a Mk3 Golf 1800CL and the indicators just stay on,i,e they dont flash. The Haynes manual only refers to a hazard relay.
