hi
Can anyone tell me how to remove the internal trim panel from the driver's side door? I've managed to find and undo all the clips around the edge of the trim panel, but the door grab handle still seems to be well and truely secured. I tried carefully levering off what looks like a cover on the whole length of the grab handle but didn't get very far at all. sorry for the newbie question, I'm trying to help a friend fix a problem with their Polo before they sell it, so any help would be appreciated. bill |

The centre of the handle pulls out along it's length- lever it from underneath where there's a place to get a hold without marking it. The grab handle has two substantial screws holding it, so that will be what's holding the panel on. |
