Default MK2 Golf GTI rear brakes

Any clues on how to undo the top carrier bolt? If I'm looking at the right
bolt, it's hidden away under a bracket for the brake line, and is very
difficult to get to. And any other tips on changing the disks would be
nice - did I ought to change bearings whilst I'm at it?

Can't remember what the rear calipers look like now but you may as well
change the bearings as they've got to come off anyway.

That was my thinking. After this morning's front brake fettling antics, I
suspect my plan of a monday morning MOT is scuppered.
