Can anyone tell me where to fix the B+ supression capacitor to the
alternator body? Recently had cause to look under the bonnet and found that the capcitor was just hanging by the wire which attached to the B+ blade terminal (n.o. 3 in this image: http://www.vintagewatercooleds.com/t...echnotes/alter...) I presume that it should affix somewhere under the black plastic housing, but can't see exactly where. |

So any screw (#4 e.g.) on the body of the alt. will do. SFC |
