It's the VAG electronic parts catalogue.

ETKA - ever been to VW / Audi parts dept? When you ask for a part they go
on the computer to try and find the part number. This is ETKA.

Elsawin - This is used by the technicians, basically like an in-depth Haynes
manual purely for VW/ Audi (later versions also covers Seat and Skoda as
well I believe). Gives step by step "how to's" etc.

If you are a VW/Audi owner both are invaluable.

ETKA is the parts catalogue - you get line drawings and part numbers for parts
recently still available, plus engine codes and some other info.

I think Elsawin may be the servicing info.

They can be downloaded from foreign sites, but you would have to do a search, or
maybe someone else knows.

They are available for download on P2P such as emule or via torrents. Or,
you can buy them off ebay.

That's correct plus you can open repair orders in ELSA and part orders
in ETKA.

If you have you own software for your store then you can connect to
ETKA or/and ELSA to exchange some data.
For example, you can show your own price, stock quantity and location
in ETKA or you can get labour operation from ELSA order...
