Standard car vid. by Depresion
I took this video at Donnington today, it did rather well for a "standard" road car on road going rubber (not even road legal slicks) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rgjoxw36l0

The rangie lives on. by Elder
The person who fitted the LPG moved the vacuum sphere from the spare battery tray on the passenger side to the drivers side inner wing. They appear to have reversed the vac hoses. So, revrsing them back, and putting a washer system one way valve in between the t-piece and the flap opener, it now opens the flap and holds until the vac switch releases it. I also added a bottle of injector...

Paging computeristi by Doki
I've got a Duron 1.3 with 768 megs of RAM. It's got plenty of hard drivage and that, but it's a bit slow. I've the opportunity to get hold a Pentium 4 base unit (around 1.8GHz, 512mb of RAM, around £50, Dell). Now, is that going to be a worthwhile increase in speed, and is it worth the cash? The PC mainly gets hammered by opening up loads of pages in Firefox whilst typing essays and by the...

205 owner again by Carl Gibbs
Well my freebee 205 Style is now on the road having passed the MoT with a grand sum of £20.16 being spent for 2 headlights and a CV boot kit. Well happy with that!! Got a nasty oil leak from the cambelt area - but will strip it down in the next couple of weeks, possibly even wip the head off to do the gasket for peace of mind. http://www.carlgibbs.com/gallery/d/2761-1/DSC00310.JPG --

Another modified car for the fleet. by Pete M
Well, this time I think I might have overdone it a touch. It's something similar to this.... http://www.wods.dk/rangeRover/hi/conversion/r-hist-conv-1984WoodAndPicket.htm It's not such a tarty colour inside or out - metallic blue with insanely leathery interior (Pimptastic), 3.5 V8 Auto with Janspeed turbo conversion. It's an '87 so at least the bits are easy to get.
