Is it something that can easily be retofitted?
Yes.
I have decided I really need it on the motorway to stop my

Car safety question by
Darren Peters
Do roll-cages make road cars safer? Cars that are expected to get a
battering: rally cars, demolition derby cars etc generally have
comprehensive cages rather than air-bags and crumple zones yet I'm sure I
read somewhere that cages in ordinary road-going vehicles can be dangerous
in an accident. Can anyone elaborate as the two ideas seem to contradict
each other. I'm thinking of full...

Fiesta Mk1 / Mk2 stonger driveshafts. by
Christian Rethmann
As propably all Fiesta enthusiasts (I can't be the only one? :-))
propably know, there are some models that use driveshafts like the
once in this .jpg
http://puudeli.zoo-gate.fi/~nuuh/fordfiestasite/mk1/gfx/vero1.jpg
The difference be'ing in the RH driveshaft which is made of two parts
differing from the more common versions that have only one part on the
RH side too.

I got beat up! by
Richard Kilpatrick
Well, you know about all these rough border towns...
We came back from Edinburgh last Friday, and found the bottom of the
road blocked by boy racers and drunk people loitering around. Having
already learned our lesson about beeping near this sort of situation,
and being in the Peugeot, Siani got on the phone to the police, and I
started to back out.
A skinny little topless bloke (think the...

DO NOT USE BUDGET INSURANCE by
Steve Knight
I don't know who Neil Jones is, but to whom it may concern
I had the same problem with admiral a few years ago
When I had to claim with Admiral a couple of years ago it was the best and
most efficient service I have ever had from an insurance company.

Drove an A6 TDI by
AstraVanMan
Liked it. A lot. As in really liked it. Drove beautifully bar a minor
problem with the brakes, which the bloke told me about and said he'd get
sorted before he sells it. But seriously, liked it a lot. As in loads. No
cruise control though, so I'm on the lookout for another. This one was in
really nice condition, though the interior wanted a good valet, but I'm sure
one in nicer condition...

I've got a 405 estate (1996 model) and am looking at making a couple
of changes, partly because my family of four is about to have a new

First change is I'm wanting to do away with the middle lap seat-belt
at the back, and put in a standard shoulder-fitting...
