I just wondered what you would recommend as a low maintenance reliable small hatch? I was thinking of something of a similar size to a Megane, Civic, Golf size. I have a 53 plate Megane at the moment and it is not an easy car to maintain. To do something that should be relatively simple like changing a headlight bulb is extremely difficult if not impossible.

Greetings, I happily use an Orange Nokia 6310i in my Fiat Stilo, connected via a CARK-91 cradle etc. It has a 10cm rubberised roof-mounted aerial* cabled directly to the CARK-91 control unit, but this isn't always sufficient to maintain reliable signal strength in rural areas (mainly Northern England). Is there any merit in replacing the roof aerial with a longer/better one? I know next...

Got myself a R plate Xantia on the cheap on Thursday. T&T November, good condition but filthy. I spent the afternoon cleaning and waxing it then left it in the works carpark on Friday where a bird or birds *SHAT* all over it. I've got most of it off, but there is some that's dried rock hard and whatever I try on it just won't shift it. Any ideas? Cheers Mike P
