engine is a ALH 1.9tdi 90hp as per vag use.
after a drive to work, 16 miles or so, I have a few things I noted. 1. no overheating signs, temp gauge set on 90 deg c. 2. top rad hose hot, bottom hose cold. 3. looses a bit of water over 2 weeks or so. 4. cabin heater works fine, then you do a overtaking manover, and heater goes cold, then warms up again. mpg is very good, avg on a 16 mil trip is about 58mpg. any comments welcomed |

I would guess at an air lock and/or faulty water pump. -- Regards, Harry (M1BYT) (L) http://www.ukradioamateur.co.uk |

Finding the leaks probably a good idea as a 1st step. |
