Default New Key for Toyota Corolla 2000 vintage

Hi,

My mother in law has lost the last key for her 2000 Toyota Corolla. It
is locked on on her driveway.

How are is it to make a new key for such a car? I assume there will be
some sort of RFID etc. ? I'm guessing this will be expensive?

Can anyone recommend someone in the Cambridge area who could go and
provide her with a new key? She has no keys for it at all at the moment.

Thanks,

Tony

Is she an AA/RAC member? They should be the best source of advice
initially. If not, try Yellow Pages et al for a specialist locksmith.

Start some research to see what a nine-year old Corolla is worth...

Last time my parents did this the local Toyota garage made a new key, but
they didn't have to deal with Marshalls.
