I've been building a Tech Edge wideband lambda sensor convertor for use
with my Megatune - and the supplied connector for the sensor has arrived sans terminals. Obviously I can get them from Tech Edge - but they're in Oz and tend to take a while. It's a Bosch 7057 or 7200 Connector - pic here. http://wbo2.com/cable/connkit.htm I suppose I wouldn't have too much trouble sourcing a complete plug from a dealer - but wondered if anyone recognises the actual terminals as a generic? I've checked out RS with no luck. They're female and accept a thin blade 3.5mm wide. -- *Virtual reality is its own reward * Dave Plowman London SW To e-mail, change noise into sound. |

Looking at the page and the part which states that Bosch were forced to continue manufacture of one of the plugs, I doubt you'll find them from anywhere other than an automotive suppliers. Might be worth trying auto electrical specialists though. -- Conor I only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking good either. - Scott Adams |

Although of course I only want the terminal - no wire. -- *I finally got my head together, now my body is falling apart. Dave Plowman London SW To e-mail, change noise into sound. |

Although of course I only want the terminal - no wire. The other obvious one would be to try the VW partnumber listed with the VW dealer. They're normally quite good for that sort of bit, and reasonably cheap. |

I can get a part number if you need it. |

Thanks but no - I reckon I've got the correct crimp tool so would rather not add extra connections. -- *Verbs HAS to agree with their subjects * Dave Plowman London SW To e-mail, change noise into sound. |

Would have only been 10-12k detour to visit Aranda. No problem at all. Have relo's in Bruce which is next door. |
