Hello all I am thinking of buying a 2002 Opel Zafira 1.8 elegance with 29k on the clock. I dont really know much about buying cars that have been imported so is there anything I should be aware of or should I just steer clear and by a vauxhall badged motor? The motor has been imported from Cyprus and Cyprus cars are normally right hand drive so it wouldn't of been converted in anyway.

does anyone know if it is actualy a legal requirment that your speedo must read in mph rather than kmh. I have not been able to get a straight answer anywhere. The car doesnt need an sva as it is over ten years old and it doesnt need to have a mph speedo for the mot but am i breaking the law if the speedo only shows kmh. any answers anybody?

Hi- I need to have a rear plate made but have a question.I have a plate holder that has a light behind it would the light shine though the standard plates.I know the TVR plate lets light though but that's a UK standard size plate I need a un-standard size.
