I last posted on this site in January after micronet basically obtained
£30'000 of my money, by deception.
One CCJ and four months of chasing and demands later, I eventually got my
money back....... (16 months after paying the deposit)
However, the CCJ had other costs in it which the cheeky son of a bitch
(Richard) wouldn't pay. i.e.: interest on the money, court costs and
solicitors fees. Totalling £2500.
I now have a warrant of execution against them which means the bailiffs
are involved and I hope they strip there offices of everything including
there fecking carpet.
It’s now been 6 months since I initially took action against them and I
fully intend to use every lawful means necessary to get this money back
from them.
Truth is, I actually don’t give a toss about the money anymore. It is
just about inconveniencing that bunch of thieving mofo’s as much as
possible, while (unfortunately) staying this side of the law.
It’s also interesting that the police, DTI and Trading standards have
taken statements from me…. Meaning they can’t be that far from shutting
them down!!!

Finally, in my many exchanges with Richard loach in the early part of the
year he wrote replied to one of my emails saying…. I quote
“I sometimes read some of the **** that is written about us on the
internet” referring to all the quotes on this site, and especially mine
“we should bring back hanging!”

I only mention this as the previous post is obviously Richard trying some
kind of damage limitation from this site! Anyway Richard all I can say
is…. I hope you get what is coming to you.

For willhutch
Unfortunately I find myself in the same position as you after you had paid
the Loach brothers.
Your solicitor seems to have been sucessful and will now have experience
dealing with these people.
Would you be willing to share the name of the solicitor and his firm with
me and would you recommend them. By email if you do not wish to post it on
the forum.

Yeah these crooks are still in business and doing fine by the looks of
things.

The money they stole off me and others has allowed them to set up a new
business LHD Car Company in the same premises as Micronet Showroom.

Check them out http://www.lhdcarcompany.com is this new company just a
front for them to save face well we'll just have to wait and see what the
future brings.

anyone thinking of stepping through the doors of this business, seriously
have a look through these posts before even paying them a penny.
