Unfortunatly i have only recently found this web site...... gutted.

Having waited for 10 months for a new merc, nothing but a long list of
excuses form both hellen salt anf Richard loach. "oh ye, your car did
arrive but it was a left hand drive model, so we sent it back, we should
get yours in about 2 weeks" Sound familiar!

Anyway i have just cancelled the order and as I don't expect them to
return the money any time soon. I have given them 7 days but i am sure i
will be taking them to court before the end of next week!
Has anyone gone throgh this before, what advice can you give me?
My Solicitor say "take them for as much as you can, consiquential loss,
consiquential costs etc etc".

Finally if you are considering buying from this
comapany.....DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must admit I did wonder how long into 2006 we'd have to wait before
another victim surfaced
from the clutches of Mssrs Loach and Nasty Ms Salt.

Approach that IMO seems to have had best results is to pay them a visit - in
person and not to leave until they've returned all your money.

The court process will take much longer ( six months plus from my
experience ) and don't forget you might not win. In your position I think
you have a better chance going down the court route if you just try to get
returned what you have paid out. If you can't prove consequential loss then
don't bother trying to claim it - the courts will only think you are being
greedy.

Thanks mate, I will let you know how I get on, the 7 days are up tomorrow,
and I haven’t received anything. Looks like I will be going to court!

By the way, I have been to see them 3 times now, the first two times I
waited outside, hoping to see Richard walk in and grab him then.
On all 3 occasions he hasn't turned up for work!!! Leaving me with a long
drive home and no money and the waste of a day. Third time I arranged a
meeting and guess what..... No Richard. Since then i have been ringing
5/6 times a day and richard hasn't been availible since the new year!

FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Both brothers disqualified under Company Directors Disqualification

But in reality has it made a difference - they are still trading and still

So you can wait outside or go and talk to his neighbours and tell them all
about what good people live there, or just give him a BIG knock on the door
at 5 in the morning. Keep going back to put the pressure on him, he has on
you by keeping your money, taking holidays, living it up all on you.

& LHD then dont simple as i think it its out of order how you have become
personal over this??!!! for example Helen Salt simply works there and puts
up with your crap day in day out!!!! do you seriously think she comes up
with excuses for the fun of it???? i think not she is just a employee....
she is not responsible for the issues... so get over it...

Have you had any luck?
