Default Micronet Showroom - does anyone know .....

Ignoring the tributes on the MS website (which might, just might, be a tiny
little bit difficlt to validate), does anyone know of any MS customer who
has received the car they ordered, on the day promised, at the price
agreed, to the original spec and in mint condition?

In fact, does anyone know if MS have ever actually supplied any cars?

John,

The only person we know of is Giggles (see a few postings down) and she
had to chase the dealer direct. Apart from that no and I have spoken to
many poeple about MS. If you read Mr Hilbilly's posts from the begining
of the year you will also see that people may get offered cars but MS want
to hold onto the log book for 6 months.

Any postings on here from people claiming to have received cars must be
from Richard Loach and his scum bag company. MS may supply the odd car
but their main aim is to raise money by holding on to large amounts of our
cash for a very long time. People I have spoken to in the motor trade do
not have a good word to say about them either.

I am convinced that they never order any cars but just search the internet
for cars after they get the final balance. If you have ordered a car that
is not popular or being discontinued then yo may get your car. Otherwise
when they find one they hit you with the price increase, change of spec
etc. I am sure with bit of patience we could have all sourced cars from
the internet at a lower price and with less hastle.

Miniman,

That's about the conclusion I'ld come to reading all the posts in this
forum. Perhaps 'satisfied MS customers' are not in the 'endangered
species' category, more like 'The Loch Ness Monster' - existence never
proved and photos found to be faked! I'm sure the car I ordered from MS
was never ordered from a dealer (see separate post 'MS - thank you').

BTW, a dealer (reputable company) I talked to in general about internet
car selling companies said that he had come across 'holding the log book
for 6 months'. He discovered that it was part of a VAT evasion technique
(and therefore criminal fraud) linked to leasing.

does anyone know of any MS customer who

has received the car they ordered - Yes.
on the day promised - No, two weeks late, would have had to wait longer
so picked it up from the dealer.
at the price agreed - No, £300 hike which I received £100 refund.
to the original spec and in mint condition - Yes, because I picked it
up from the dealer.

The odds are still not good which everway you look at it. I think Giggles
was lucky by chasing the dealer and thus getting her car. At least her car
was ordered.

Giggles

I trust from your posting that you did not get the spec you ordered and
therefore got a refund. Would you buy another car from the Loaches ?
Recommend them ?

Try a mail to - iirc he posted one of the
loaches mobile numbers some time back - although likelihood is that he has
changed this now.

Do you have your money back now ?

Mr Revenge,

So nice to here that Richard and David took care of your money also. What
an outstanding service they offer at rates far in excess of any bank (no
F**king interest on money held - it goes to them!). If you go to
www.bt.co.uk and search for loach in Nottingham you get two D Loaches and
one R Loach. Surely they can't be that stupid ! or try 0777 9613197.

If you get in touch send regards from all us victims. We will get even at
some point. I never get mad I only get even, have a long memory and lots
of time on my hands.

As for Salt, Maguire and co they are as guilty as the Leeches and should
be metered out some retribution on judgement day as well.

Miniman is piston 'n' broke !

Hi Miniman

I got the refund because I collected the car when they were supposed to
deliver it so I'd already paid for delivery. Yes the car was to the
spec and (touch wood) I've not had any problems with it at all.

No, I wouldn't recommend them or buy another car from them. Next time
I'll ask for quotes from the dealers in the area to try and get the
best deal. Never want to go through that hassle again.

Cheers ((( and miniman.I got a full refund after many emails, recorded
letters and a lot of wasted time. I am now looking to give the staff at
micronet an insight into what fed up customers think of them
