Just to let you know Mark Gittens traded as Mark Gittens solicitors in
Preston .... his name and details actually appeared on MNS website in 2002 .
... "you can pay your money to our solicitor for complete peace of mind" ...
he just passed money on to MNS without checking whether MNS had paid for car,
so waste of time paying for escrow facility ... sued and won against
Gittens and MNS to recover money.
Law society investigated Gittens and made the decision to strike off .
