I saw this website tonight - see all your notes - Had big problems with
Loach brothers and their solicitor in Preston who held money in Escrow
account. Just to let you know that solicitor has been struck off Roll of
solicitors on 12th July -- 1 down 2 to go

Could you please tell me the name of this solicitor?

I'm not too sure if it is the same solicitors representing MS in
Nottingham Crown Court, in August or September.

Many Thanks

PS I don't think it will be him - he is not allowed to act as a solicitor
any more.

When I took MNS to court they appointed a firm in Hull called Rollits to act
on their behalf. This was the guy I recieved some correspondance from along
with Clive Drinkall from the litigation team.

Didn't present a very good case IMO and judge awarded in my favor - hate to
think what MNS were paying them - must be at least £100.00 per hour....

Thanks for the info! Just to get this straight in my mind the solicitor,
Mark Gittens who has been struck off Roll of solicitors on 12th July also
worked for Rollits in Hull?

If this is the case, this is very interesting fact, especially if he was
to represent MS again in court over the next coming months, Racer 911 can
you confirm were this information came from ref Mark Gittens been binned.

Cheers

yeh think I've misread there, George Coyle was the other solicitor in your
case with Clive Drinkall?

It is Rollits from Hull who are representing them in court next month.
Nottingham Crown Court date and time TBC.

Has any one an update on Granada TV and the programme?

Can't see a solicitor from Rollits being struck off - too slick and clever.
My case was settled by the judge on the papers alone so never got to court.
Fine by me as he awarded in my favour and I didn't need to loose a day's
holiday from work. I doubt the Loaches will turn up in court themselves -
probably get Rollits to attend on thier behalf. My guess is that MNS have
some form of Litigation insurance which means they are covered against small
claims action and can call upon solicitors as and when required.

LCronian28 - who is the claimant in the case to which you refer - is it
yourself. ??

No update from the TV programme apart from Jo looking for people to
participate in filming during August so must be something substantial
happening.
