LPG in Spain by David French
I've read that I won't be able to buy LPG in Spain as I'm not a public service vehicle. Is that right? Shame, I'll now be lugging LPG tanks all round Africa, and I might only be using them as far as the UK fill lasts... Any ideas about Gibraltar?

AG Nicholas McLaren by AstraVanMan
Bloke selling a Transit says it's had a conversion done by these guys, in Wolverhampton, and that it's a far superior conversion to the standard Ford factory LPG conversion. Is he right? It's got about 200k on the clock, and had a top end rebuild at 180k - said it was worn out and that petrol engines don't last as long as diesel engines. Well in my experience, and from what I've heard of...

flashlube for air-cooled vw lpg question by aston
I have a t25 ultra air-cooled vw converted to a single carb from a twin carb by the last owner. I have now converted the van to LPG, Would you recommend using a flashlube kit, I have spoke to many people who seem to think that a vw air-cooled will not take the heat and lack of lubrication and suffer as a consequence. But one thing bothers me - with flashlube - does this cause a lot of...

sharing fuel costs by Hans Loonen
Hi, My sons share a car. At intervals they struggle about who has to pay the gasbill. Has anyone of you a suggestion how to simply administrate the odometer count so that the gas bil can be evenly shared? Regards, Hans

Leaking vapouriser on Grand Cherokee by series5
Hi, My Omvl R90E vapouriser appears to be leaking. It is not obvious only the smell of lpg shows there is a problem. I took the unit out and noticed what appears to be a breather/overflow pipe connection at the base of the unit. The smell eminates from here. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks series5

Connect two lpg tanks together by alex
Could anyone here describe in details how to connect two lpg tanks together correctly. One of them 48L toroidal placed below the vehicle, and another one cylindrical 60L placed in a boot. My concern is usage of non-return valves. On some treads I've read that it necessary to place non-return valve on on one of the fuel lines to reducer, leaving one of the lines whithout one for returning gas...

Range Rover LPG system died! Please Help! by Andrew Spark
I have a '91 3.9L RR Vofue Efi with a gas conversion, I was told it was a Leonardo system, when I bought it a couple of years ago, and there are boxes attached to the bulkhead marked Leonardo and Pitagora. It's a multi tank setup with tanks under the sills and replacing the original petrol tank with a 3 gallon tank in the back right hand corner. A week or so ago it started running badly on...

Leonardo Software and Interface Lead. by a.n.other
Anyone know where I can get hold of these. I have managed to get hold of some software called "Bingo-S" the site I downloaded it from said it will work with Leonardo, if anyone can confirm this then gr8. I have some electronics experience, so if anyone could provide a circuit diagram for the interface, that would be gr8 too as I could build my own. Alternatively if anyone knows of a supplier of...

Is Welfare Part of Capitalism? by envyisevil@yahoo.com
This article is dedicated to: A man I met, with most of his body heavily burned, simply because he was a Chinese during the 1998 May Riot in Indonesia. Lots of capitalists that are slaughtered during the cultural evolution. Ten thousands of peaceful smugglers that are massacred in Banda island by the Dutch for conducting peaceful spice trade and all that are similar to them. All minority groups...

Filler Cop11? by George Gosbee
Hello all, I now have the bits for a recessed filler, that includes the rubber boot. Can this be fitted backing into the cars boot area with the pipe in its airtight hose going straight to the tank or does it have to exit the boot floor and then return to the tank so that all the airtight hoses drain any leak straight to outside? Also is there a up to date downloadable copy of COP 11 ?

DIY Romano Worcestershire by Martin
I am going to DIY fit a salvaged (2000 mile) Romano system into a Vauxhall Omega 2.6 V6 Kit was set for a 3.0 using a coil feed for RPM signal, also the straws were fitted to the top of the plenum whereas most 2.6 installs appear to go under the plenum. Is there anywhere in Worcestershire who could either do the whole lot? Or any places allowed to certify, my local installer doesn't touch...
