Someone said to me today that it was just a case of fitting a solenoid and feeding LPG or petrol through the same pipe to the injectors. Sounds /far/ too easy........ Engine is a small block Chevy 350 with a Tuned Port Injection unit. john

I wonder if any one can help, does the old emmegas changeover switch( 7 wires on back of unit) automatically change the vehicle to gas once running, or do you have to do it manually. I am willing to buy an automatic unit, but if the one I have does it, then why spend the money on something that is perfectly fine.

While trying to see if the solenoid valves were full of **** tonight, I nearly had one myself - I thought the tanks had an automatic shut off ?? Mine didn't, and I've just had cryogenically cold gas spraying on my hands as I desparately tried to shut the nut again !! Have I got a major problem ? Steve

Hi, My Astra has started cutting out on change over to LPG. If I am driving I lose all power, for about 6-10 seconds and it feels like the engine has stalled, but the revs are still kept up(i guess by the car moving) then the power is back. If I leave it idle, I just stalls, I have even tried holding it at 2500-3000 revs to see if that keeps it but as soon as I hear the click of the relay...
