I've been playing with the settings on my vaporiser (including the
'response' screw on the front) - bin swapping engines so i had to! Its currently running and idling but likes to try to stall when you suddenly let off the throttle (like when you change gear) Does this mean i have the screw on the front of the vaporiser too far out or too far in? Is the diaphram now too loose or too tight? I have an air fuel gauge in the car and the fueling is pretty much spot on all the time, just wondering which way i should try to turn it next. |

If the fuel mixture is always perfect, i'd think that the diaphragm tension is fine. If the vapouriser has an idle bleed screw you could bring that out a little, so the fuel is never really "cut". Check out this description, it works perfectly for me http://someusefuljunk.atspace.com/TuneLPG/Tune_LPG.html Good luck! Josh |
