flashlube is available as a self fit from autogas worldwide ltd (0870 746
1262), it is supposed to be ok to use with vehicles with cats according to manufacturers, but it is up to you to check it is ok with your particular vehicle "Hog" wrote in message ... Spoke to the local service dept. today about our Volvo S40 and it's oil consumption while running on gas (but not petrol) He confirms that they have some evidence of this, even on the factory dual fuel. Bloody strange. He thought petrol may be having a lubricant effect on the valve stem oil seals which helped them to hold oil better. There has been some talk about Flashlube. Is the kit available as a self fit? -- Hog (remove bondage to reply) |
