1. dunno, my advice is to keep quiet. I never mentioned mine when going to
Ireland on Stena's boat, and no-one asked me.

2. variable, anything from about 30p up to about 40p/litre. dunno what that
is in euros. Large chains as usual tend towards the higher end, except
where they've noticed the opposition.
