MGB original 1974 hood/ information wanted by B. Marques
Dear all, I am looking for an original MGB 1974 hood. The ones I found for sale on MG clubs around Britain have a cotton fibre material on the inside. This has nothing to do with the one we have in our car, which has vinyl material both on the inside and on the outside.

about austin metro (yes, no classic yet ;-)) by robwill2@nospam.wxs.nl
Hi old-tin-worms, Permit me to ask about the Austin Metro here.. I can buy a Metro from 1990 (Jet Black) with about 110000 km's and an 1.3 engine /4 speed, with a reasonable body for an (asking) 400 Euro's over here.. A few years ago I made a test drive in quite the same model (the earlier one with the small headlamps), an appreciated the go-kart

What year were the last mass produced cars with starting handles made in the U.K. and what were they? Just something we have been puzzling over at work.

Vx Ventora FE vs. Rover P6 by Sean
Hello, I can't decide! I'm planning to buy a 30+ yr old car as a daily driver (about 4k miles a year). Currently trying to decide between a '72 Vx Ventora manual and a Rover P6 3500 (auto or manual).
