Try a Toyota Pickup - can carry lots of mussles and is virtually
indestructible :-)

Talk torqueing. by

Dave, Thanks for taking the trouble to reply; Yes I too was surprised but
when questioned the proprietor stated that with the ever present threat of
litigation for some of the most outrageous non-events he felt it was
necessary. (BTW my car manual gives the required setting - much to my
surprise!" Regards Gee.

For Sale - 1959 Morris Oxford Series V Farina by
Peter Sheppard
Too many hobbies, not enough money so I'm selling one of my "classics".
Pictures can be found here
http://www.wsheppard.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Stumpy/mo_montage.htm
It is in good condition, not too far of A1. Some minor bits of trim
missing around one of the rear lamps and the interior light cover.
Leather all in good condition. Some pitting to the chrome.

Vinyl vs Latex spannering gloves by
Ben Mack
Just about on-topic - what are the pros and cons regarding vinyl and
latex gloves?
I've just finished a box of latex ones, which were OK until I got them
near oil/petrol/white spirit etc, when they went baggy and fell apart.
Would vinyl be any better?
I liked the amount of feel the latex gloves allowed - I guess that's why
they use latex for condoms ;-)

My uncle worked there during the end of the Imp, start of the

As the ex-owner of a '75 wImp, can you please give him some abuse from me?

1972 Opel Kadett - Parts by
Jeannie
I need rear brake shoes and a master cylinder repair kit for my Opel Kadett
B. Despite the fact that I was told that parts were relatively easy to come
by as many parts are shared with the Vauxhall Astra, I am finding this not
to be the case. Any ideas anyone, I have already tried ebay without
success.

Moggy minor rooflining removal? by
Chris Bolus
Has anyone removed the rooflining on a Minor 1000? Mine needs to come
out to repair the dents in the roof.
The manual describes the process adequately but there are no diagrams.
It describes Bowden cables to tension it - I've found one but the other
has already released itself - and "concealed clips". But of course
because they're concealed I can't find them!
Any advice would be gratefully...
