Transmission noise on Triumph 2000 - update by Jim Warren
Samuel Clemens wrote in message ... I had similar noise before the diff ground its self to death on the Humber - the oil seal on the offside halfshaft failed on a run to sunny Hunstanton for the weekend. - and I unknowingly lost rather a lot of oil from the back axle over the course of some 50 miles :-(

I'm going to be having a number of parts from it, including engine, gearbox, brakes and cylinder, maybe some electrics too. Sunbeam Imp for sale by campingstoveman
Gentlemen, I have a metallic green 1967 Sunbeam Imp Sport for sale, it has been off the road for several years and will require work. The engine is seized. I bought it from my wife's aunt estate when she died but because of a Bedford CA camper and stationary engines I cannot see myself ever getting around to do it up. I am asking £425.00 or near offer. Please email me direct to address below.

P5 P6 spares FS by ajmac
I'm afraid I haven't got photos of all the parts as my mate has most of them stored! But have a look at www.ajmac.co.uk for the V8 spares page, I have lots of pre 76 V8 heads, a rope seal crank etc... stuff that seems more unobtainable by the day on a part by part basis! Alastair

Tracing a car`s history? by Smithtv
Is it possible to trace a car`s history when there have been at least 3 different registration numbers? If so...how? I`ve got the chance to purchase an old 50`s sports car and it appears to have a chequered past. There is an old number etched on the windows and the story goes that this was sold as a personalised plate. Next there is documentation showing an A reg plate given to it which has...
