Historic Rally Monte Carlo

Hello,

does anyone have any experience with the start of the Rally Monte-Carlo
Historique, starting in Reims France?
I would like to go and take a look and wonder if the cars are, like at the
Mille Miglia, shown in the citycenter during the day, and if there's a good
spot to watch and hear the cars going by.
