The next couple of weekends see some of the most exciting events in
the UK off road motorsport calendar.
First of all the Scottish Hillrally on the 11th and 12th. Always a
cracking event. Using some of the best terrain in the UK the Scottish
Hillrally is a real challenge for the competitors. Only the toughest
survive this Perth based event, but rarely do the competitors hold
anything back....

Hi,
4 spd. ZF 'box is great - very reliable. If vehicle is high mileage, you
should consider changing the filter - not too difficult - although access
to remove the g'box sump requires the removal of the gearbox x-member or
the exhaust 'y' pipe, take your choice!
In my experience, the autobox is great off road - except that SEVERE
descents can be a little fast! There are several techniques that...

I'd say for the type of very mild off-roading you describe it would be
very
hard to tell. So what if shocks need replacing a bit earlier; not that
big a
deal. Proper off-road vehicles (and I count your Suzuki as such as it has
a
frame and all) are designed to take some abuse.
