VW Touareg by Huw
Had a test drive in both a 2.5 and 5.0 diesel versions today. Very impressive. 2.5 is very refined with good suspension and sensible equipment at a half sensible price. Like the tailgate with opening glass top compared to my X5. May have less power but not noticeable on the short blast that I had. 5.0 goes like a bomb. Lovely standard equipment. Interesting options. Ride slightly harsher than...

Diahatsu F20 carb by Bob Hewitt
Hi, All, My elderly F20 needs a replacement carb. There's no chance of getting a Diahatsu replacement, so, does anybody know of any other make that would just drop on and work? The rest of the vehicle seems to be reasonaly interchangable with all sorts of other stuff, Landrover master cylinders, Toyota engine parts, etc, so I'm hoping that the same applies to the carburettor! Is there a forum...

Thanks for responding to my post. First up, there is no manual so reading it is not really possible. I am engaging the 4wd on grass and gravel, not tarmac. Does 4wd not work on tarmac? Thanks Glynn

Frontera V6 by www.amogen.com
Hi Guys, Just a quick question. I have a Vauxhall Frontera V6 LWB Limited Auto. Recently, when sat at traffic lights at tickover and in Drive, the engine runs very rough. No engine management lights come on, and it usually cures itself after a few minutes. There's no loss of performance whilst moving, its just when sat at tickover and in gear. Is this likely to be a major fault or just something...
