In my opinion, you have had very good and fair advice from this newsgroup- although I accept it wasn't the news you wanted to hear. I have had feedback from the past from 2 garages, that it is in above average condition for its year. Sell it to one of them, then. You have had good advice here. Ms????????? What the hell is a Ms? pronounced mis - not miss or missus Exactly!! I would only use the term Ms if I needed to address a female that I did not know if she was a Miss or a Mrs, and only as a last resort if I could not find out for certain which it should be, as I have always though of Ms as being pretty insulting. Surely 'Ms' Crowe knows whether she is a Mrs or a Miss???????? |

No matter how many garages tell him its better than average, or no matter how determined he is to 'consider offers around £400', the car is still only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. As Vince says, Ebay gives you a pretty god idea of what people are willing to pay for things. |

OTOH, if all he can get is £150, then at least he tried. I've certainly sold some well polished turds before now for way more than they were really worth. -- Dan Drake |
