PRE REGISTERED CARS
if i buy a car that has been pre registered , i would be the first driver
but second owner as the garage registered the car first. Would it affect the resaale value ?.. I am going to buy a mondeo diesel zetec 2004 and a garage has knocked a fair bit off the price ..it will still be a brand new car ......
