Most residential electric users like YOU can receive anywhere from $25 to $200 a month in free electricity just by completing a simple application for it over the phone, or even online in some cases! Since eligibility has nothing to do with income levels most applicants are normally approved quickly and easily. YOU can be receiving FREE ELECTRICITY within 30 days! http://xrl.us/freepower

Am considering a new 'off road' bumper for the front of my Jeep - the one I really like is narrower than the body. Is this OK or would it illegal for use on our UK roads? Do the bumpers have to be as wide as the vehicle body? Any of you MOT-tester types about with an opinion? many thanks

Halfords are selling 40 quid R134a refill packs - basically an aerosol with an in-line pressure gauge and some basic instructions. Is such self-servicing advisable? I thought the quantity of refridgerant was fairly ciritical and the supplied gauge looked very cheap and nasty with major scope for inaccurate metering . Also, I was recently told there are new EU rules on refridgerant handling -...

Having picked up another polo yesterday I removed the K&N that the previous owner had fitted and put the stock air box back on with a fresh paper filter. It's quiet it down quieted a bit so it should be a more pleasant experience to drive. On a random side note why dose driving get worse the further south you go? After getting below Brum there was a steady correlation between the distance...

I have a few really basic questions... I have a generic set of axle stands (from Screwfix) and a generic trolley jack (from Aldi). But when I jack up my old banger there isn't enough clearance to get the stands in under the chassis supporting points. It needs to go up about another 2 inches. Stands are about 24cm at their lowest extent (without even the peg in the first hole), jack is about...

I've got some heated washer jets for my Mk.1 Mondeo from a scrapped Ghia - but unfortuantely they were stripped by the scrappy so I didn't see where the connections were made. I've heard that sometimes the loom has the connector already in place, but not in others. I just want to be certain mine hasn't before finding a decent 12V supply for them. Did consider diesel, but with no TurboD option in the uk, and veg oil being dearer than 95RON unleaded, and as dear as pump diesel these days, what is the point. A 2005 Polo 1.4 with very low mileage, around 10,000 miles. After driving down a motorway without any problem, on reaching the 30 mph area the car starts to judder and reduce speed (but the engine doesn't actually cut out) and the light goes on to warn of exhaust/engine management problem. A long time ago I seem to recall reading an article which stated that LPG took far more energy to refine, transport and store as a useable vehicle fuel than petrol or diesel. Coupled with it's lower energy density than petrol or diesel which can result in a higher comparable fuel consumption, the article indicated that although using LPG improved air quality it actually used more fossil fuel...

I was following a tarted up hatchback the other day and it was producing the weirdest exhaust smells. Definitely not diesel and I don't think it was down to a knackered cat. To save a bit of money on fuel, I have bought an old Cleo Diesel. I have heard people say these may be run on a wide range of fuels, but it depends on what fuel pump you have? How can I tell?
