afaik all fords are now recommended to use ford e oil 5/30. which is
neither expensive nor cheap from your ford dealer, which is also the best
place to get the oil filter. There is no good reason to go anywhere else
for your oil and filter for a ford, unless of course there is no dealer
nearby, in which case buy the best you can afford from your convenient
shop who will have a list.
