As subject really.

I tried wedging it out with a flat blade but that pushed it further out
of
view!

Any ideas on how to get it out ?

Shove it in. It'll get chewed up and spat out.

Hi Conor,

Are you serious ?

Should I just leave it and hope its ends up in the sump ? and get an oil
change in a week ?

My dad said its not worth worrying this much about and that it won't get
past the oil pick up ? which protects against foreign ovject getting in
the
way.

Yup, if you've poured abrasive down the tube then take the sump off, if
it's bigger than that then don't worry about it

Feel a bit of a tit for not covering the dipstick hole.

Wait till you drop a washer down an inlet manifold on a running engine.

Or get a rag sucked into one
