I bent it back into approximate shape, but I'll be surprised if it seals
properly. Replacement door from a scrappy, I suppose; hopefully I can
find one in a similar colour.
Grrr.
Move somewhere less pikey etc.
Yay, thank you. I can't believe that no-one else has suggested it.
As it happens, that is part of the masterplan. The place I'm in isn't
intrinsically pikey, but its a natural thoroughfare between a council sink
estate and the local parkland, so a good spot for observing the nocturnal
****ed scally. Anyway, I've been putting up with it for economic reasons
whilst house prices drop and savings grow, but it might indeed be time to
MSLP...
Believe me, it's nice to be able to live somewhere where you can use the
summer opening feature to vent the car without finding some scrote has
rifled through the thing in the five minutes the windows have been down.

And remember kids, RAID is safe and the UPS never fails, and Cisco routers
never develop intermittent faults, and external hard drives never fail with
only a month's use, and the DNS is reliable and resilient, and the
mailserver is protected from all forms of attack, and the replacement UPS
will be reliable as the first one was an unusual failure.
