Yay, thank you. I can't believe that no-one else has suggested it.

As it happens, that is part of the masterplan. The place I'm in isn't
intrinsically pikey, but its a natural thoroughfare between a council
sink estate and the local parkland, so a good spot for observing the
nocturnal ****ed scally. Anyway, I've been putting up with it for
economic reasons whilst house prices drop and savings grow, but it might
indeed be time to MSLP...
