Puncture

Had the first one for ages the other day - which scrapped the
tyre as it
was just above the shoulder on the side wall. No idea what
caused it as it
was on the inside of the tyre. It went down very rapidly. The
tyres were
all near new too. I'd bought them mail order and got five - but
not used
the 5th one as the spare is perfect.
So took the wheel and the new tyre to my local place for
fitting/
balancing and they charged me 20 quid plus VAT. Is this the
normal price
these days?
The same as I paid a couple of months ago to have a tyre reseated
to cure a slow puncture, but they did have to remove and refit
the wheel.
