You're complaining about 2p a litre? It's gone up about 15p since last year
without any tax hikes involved - it's the price of crude which is making the
significant difference. 2p is sod-all compared to that.

Remember how tax used to be 80% of the price you paid? It's now rather
closer to 60%.

You should be happy though - the premium for diesel is growing :-)
