I'm pretty sure that Revenues & Customs will have very strong views on the
subject if you don't pay duty on your additives!

I'm pretty sure (like 100%) that they won't give a **** as you are now
allowed to use up to 2500 litres a year without paying duty.

I run my Xantia TD on 100% veg at the moment. It can take two goes to start
when it's really cold, other than that it performs better and more
economically than diesel.
