The reverse gear thing could be overdrive stuck in the engaged position. If
so this is bad news & likely has caused serious damage to the overdrive.
Would not recommend buying if this is the case. If it doesn't have
overdrive then obviously this isn't hte cause.

What on earth is CVCarberator????? & no idea what you mean by tuning ration.
