My partner served a statutory demand on these b@st@rds, giving them 21 days
to give him a full refund. At the end of the 21 days he received a cheque
for a quarter of the amount on the demand. Sorry, that's just not good
enough.

He is now in the process of filing bankruptcy papers with the courts. His
lawyer said it's a no-brainer, there is no question they will go down with
this.

It seems even with knowing that bankruptcy is now being filed against
them, they still won't give him his money back. It's truly beyond belief.
