that's an unknown. water vapour is a greenhouse gas, and liberating the
carbon and hydrogen from fossil fuels adds to the current levels of CO2 and
H2O in the atmosphere.
cloud cover at night means no frost in the morning...
and although visible light is reflected more from clouds, not all the energy
arrives in the visible spectrum.
