Yes

Mostly the vapouriser - clean, drain the heavy ends out etc
Check for leaks
Check its still tuned properly
Replace filter (if it has one)

I'm sure some others can add some more

Filter may be incorporated into solenoid. Watch out for O rings dropping
out when you unscrew it.

There may be a fuel filter in the tank also.
