Yes

Mostly the vapouriser - clean, drain the heavy ends out etc
Check for leaks
Check its still tuned properly
Replace filter (if it has one)

I'm sure some others can add some more


not much. Stepper motors and lambda sensors on closed loop systems, and
injectors on SGI. but there's not much you can do about any of those, and
faults in them are likely to present obvious symptoms.
