Look up your nearest LPGA approved installer on the internet
(www.lpga.co.uk) and ask them to check it over. They'll issue a
certificate if it's okay or fix it if it isn't. Either way you'll get
the certificate you need.

Which insurance company are you dealing with BTW? When I had mine
converted a couple of months ago Churchill didn't even want to see the
certificate ... just asked if I had one.
